As I have much experience in the seo industry of many years and I would suggest you not to spin a article now as there are few reasons for that which you must know:
Article does not become unique as some of the words are replaced by their synonyms that is all.
After spinning there comes a lot of grammar mistakes and correcting those grammar mistakes would take your good enough time.
Now Google in its Google Panda Guidelines has changed its policies and make it stiff to use spinned articles, any site which will use spinned articles may be penalized by the Google.
The time and resource which you would spend in spinning in a article is not worth and risk is also involved of being penalized.
Hence in my point of view it is better not to use spinner for the article but better to use unique and informative fresh article for any submission in the article directories for the good results in Google's search engine ranking for your site.
